We are excited to announce that our junior program will this year include in2cricket (Milo Cricket) on the main oval on a Friday night.
Our senior cricket teams compete in the Victorian Turf Cricket Association and play turf cricket at Hamner Reserve and Garry Greelish Oval in the beautiful Yarraville Gardens. Our club also field junior teams in the Western Region Junior Cricket Association.
Junior Cricket Training Nights:
We have two nights available this year. You can choose to train both nights or the one depending on which night suits given other activities your child may participate. We understand the importance of being punctual at the conclusion of training when you may need to rush off for other plans. So, if training continues a little later than 6pm, feel free to take your child when you need to. Alternatively, you can rest assured if you are running late, that there will be senior players in the park or in the rooms on wash out night till around 8pm at the earliest most training nights.

Cricket Equipment:
The club has ample protective cricket gear for kids, although most kids end up having their own gear at some stage. The kids will need to wear white pants and a white shirt and hat to play. The club has ordered a new set of junior playing tops for the season and we expect these to arrive shortly before the first game. We encourage all kids to wear the Seddon Shirt & Cap we have available for purchase and if they are not available that you find a white shirt as a temporary measure. Playing shirts are $41 and caps $9 for the kids (subsidised by the club). Being a sun smart club, a cap is required to be worn.
